2 Webinars in — and great results so far…

Hello All! Just did my 2nd webinar on Thursday 2/12. The first webinar was on Jan 8th — 58 sign ups, 30 attendees, 24 appointments, 2 active buyers and JUST GOT ONE UNDER CONTRACT! The second webinar had 64 sign ups, 28 attendees, 100% booked appointments and so far one solid prospect. JUST got a lender to agree to sponsor ads going forward and may have another to rotate with. So far this is the best investment I have made in my business — 10/10 highly recommend!

This is not a FLUKE

I closed my 4th deal from my 1 and 2 webinars. I also closed on a deal from a referral from one of the attendees. Keep pushing ladies and gents. Stay consistent. It does get better. It does help you collect leads and get your name out there. I have made 4x what I paid for this on both my real estate and finance side. Just keep swimming.

The proof is in the numbers

My webinars get 40-50 people to show up and somehow each time I'm booking appointments from about 50% of those who show up, and about 70% of those appointments show up and start the process. WOW! I've got over a dozen people in various stages of getting preapproved right now. And who knows how many more will show up out of those webinars! My pipeline is overflowing!!!! RECODEMAND is a GAME CHANGER!!!!
